Rental Fee – $650 Includes:
- Tables and chairs, and use of our sound system and kitchen
- If the venue is NOT booked the night before your reserved date, you may obtain early access for decorating purposes ONLY after 5:00 pm for an additional $125.00 fee.)
Extras:
- Plates, glassware, and silverware, and cloth napkins are available for a nominal fee.
- Black & White tablecloths are available for rent.
- The kitchen is available for your use but must be left clean. If not cleaned there will be a cleaning fee.
Security Deposit – $300
- This payment is due at the time of final payment. The $300 will be deposited but will be returned to the Renter after the event minus any damages that were done to the venue by the Renter or his/her guest, whether such persons did so with Renter’s knowledge or consent.

A $325 payment must be delivered to The Southern to hold the date. The date requested will not be reserved until the Owner receives this payment. The remaining payment plus any other fees are due 90 days prior to your event. A ($300) damages/security deposit is also due prior to your event. If the event is booked less than 90 days before the actual date of the event, then the entire amount of $650 plus security deposit ($300) plus any other fees are due at booking.
If the Renter fails to pay the balance due at least 90 days prior to the Renter’s event, the Renter shall forfeit the initial booking fee of $325 and the event will be canceled. If the Renter cancels the event within 90 days of the event date, all fees paid will be forfeited (except damage/security check, which will be returned).
