Rental Fee – $475 Includes:

  • 5 tables and 50 chairs (more are available at no charge but must be set up and taken down by rentor)
  • 50 napkins
  • 5 White or black tablecloths.  Each additional is $5.00.

Security Deposit – $300

  • This must be paid 60 days prior to the time of rental.  Deposit will be returned within 5 days if there is no damage and venue is emptied of all decorations and trash.

If onsite caterer is not used and you choose to bring in your own food, the following charges apply:

  • $75 rental fee for plates, glasses, silverware for 5o people.  More are available to rent at extra fee.
  • Usage of the kitchen can be discussed if not using on site caterer.
  • If you bring your own food, you must bring all items necessary to prepare your food, serve your food and keep your food warm.

To finalize confirmation ½  of the total of rental fee ($250) must be delivered to The Southern to reserve the space along with the Security Deposit ($300). The date requested will not be reserved until the Owner receives this payment.  This amount is applied to total fee but if your event is cancelled less than 60 days prior to date of your event then it is nonrefundable (except the security check, which will be returned).   The remainder of your fee ($225) plus any other fees is due 60 days prior to your event. If booking an event less than 60 days in advance the total amount is due at the time of rental and this fee is non-refundable.
